ClickToPromo gathers important information in an effort to improve our customer’s shopping experience. These companies used to process your orders and do not retain or use the information we provide to them for secondary purposes.

ClickToPromo.com will, from time-to-time, e-mail members of our e-mail list with special promotions and offers. This will help you take advantage of savings on products that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive e-mails regarding promotions, you can send an e-mail to us and please type "opt out" in the subject line of your e-mail. Removals are usually done within 24 hours. However, to ensure that the unsubscribe process has been completed successfully, please allow two weeks.

ClickToPromo provides its service to you subject to the ClickToPromo Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, which shall be deemed part of the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. In case we have changed the content of this Privacy Policy, we will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days before the change takes effect and include directions for how you can respond to the change.

Collected Information

When you set up an electronic account with ClickToPromo, we require that you provide your name, billing address and an e-mail address as an account name, in addition to financial and billing information, such as billing name, address and credit card number. This account information is secured by a password that you choose.

Mandatory information is clearly marked with an asterisk (*). All optional information is collected for purposes of internal research so that we may better understand our customer’s needs for our products and services. We will send information such as announcements of promotions and events regarding our company or partners from time to time. We may also e-mail a customer newsletter and updates about the Services or the company. We do not send unsolicited e-mail to our customers. You will have an option to check the "Newsletter" box when you sign up with ClickToPromo if you wish to receive our newsletter and our e-mail promotions.

ClickToPromo does not distribute or share customer e-mail addresses, except as noted in its Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. All financial and billing information that we collect through our website is used solely for billing services. ClickToPromo does not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the ClickToPromo Terms of Service, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided.

Third Party Companies

ClickToPromo has referral relationships with third-party companies and individuals ("Referral Partners") who refer their customers to ClickToPromo. Customers who become paying users of a ClickToPromo online application through a Referral Partner are considered customers of both ClickToPromo and the Referral Partner. ClickToPromo and a Referral Partner may share customer contact as well as account, financial and billing information with respect to their joint business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows ClickToPromo and the Referral Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. This sharing also allows Referral Partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer. Shared contact and account, financial and billing information is governed by the ClickToPromo Terms of Service. ClickToPromo does not share your business data with Referral Partners.

ClickToPromo uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on ClickToPromo website, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does ClickToPromo share any personally identifiable user information with these parties.

ClickToPromo may also collect certain information from visitors to ClickToPromo website and customers of our services. This information can help to diagnose technical problems and to administer our website in order to improve our quality on our website. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

Third Party Sites

The ClickToPromo Website and online applications contain links to other websites. ClickToPromo is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and visitors must check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.

Security Policies

ClickToPromo only asks for information via our online services that are not considered sensitive. Credit card information is requested/ handled offline.

Once your information is received, it is stored on a secure server, and access to your data is restricted to you and authorized personnel who process your orders and requests.

Log Files

ClickToPromo uses log files to track and analyze traffic on our web site. The data we collect is used to help us manage the site, analyze broad demographic information, track movement and application use on the site, improve performance and services, etc. None of the data we collect is directly linked to personally identifiable information.

We track the following information through our log files: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date & time of your session, referring pages, and which pages are accessed on our site.
